Job postings may have the following status:
Active Publicly visible and
searchable
Paused Temporarily inactive but
stored in system
Closed Position filled or no
longer available
Unlisted Hidden from public but
accessible by poster
Deleted Soft-deleted; may be
restored by user
Suspended / Violation Restricted
by Company; cannot be edited or restored
